Bride

Marcy and I went to high school together and reconnected via Facebook over, of all things, chocolate! I was having a Dove Chocolates home party that she attended and we discovered we had many things in common and started our friendship anew.

After almost a year we were talking one Saturday evening and the conversation turned to the lack of quality single men. She thought of someone she knew and started giving me details about him. By the end of that subject I told her, "I'm in love with that man!" But, she decided it would be best handled casually, in an "unplanned" planned meeting. She wanted to wait until his family had a party and I would attend with her to see if there was any chemistry between he and I. The conversation ended about "him" with me thinking, "Yeah, that will never happen."

Late the following Monday afternoon my phone rang. I answered to Marcy apologizing. She said she had mentioned me to one of "his" nephews and now the cat was out of the bag!

Marcy suggested us as "Facebook Friends" so we could see if either of us had any interest in the other. A couple of days after we both accepted the friendship request I sent a message saying hello. The next night he started a live chat session with me. We had three dates that first week and talked for hours each night. Soon after we both changed our Facebook Status to "in a relationship." Now they both state "Engaged!" Soon we will both change them to "Married!"
