Welcome

Ricky and I met when I was just 14.  He was dating my friend's older sister at the time. I would say I had a teenage crush on him back then.  But I grew up and graduated high school and went off to college at IUP.  There at IUP my roommate suggested that I post a picture of myself (for fun) on this site called HotorNot.com.  So I figured what the hell, let's see what happens.  A couple weeks later, I rec'd a message that said "I rated you a 10...let's talk".  So back when AIM was cool, he gave me his screen name and we continued to talk.  It wasn't until he sent me a recent picture of himself that I showed to my friend did I learn the identity of this person. It had been a little over 5 years since I had seen or talked to Ricky so I didn't remember him.  Later that night I messaged him on AIM and told him that I knew who he was and who he used to date.  After a couple awkward moments he replied...after some talking we finally got to hang out and pretty much the rest is history.  Whoever would have thought the guy who used to yell at my friend and I for singing karoke and tell us that we were annoying and couldnt sing would 12 years later be my husband!

We are getting married November 5, 2011 in Williamsport, PA at Our Lady of Lourdes in Montoursville.  Our officiator will be Father Manno.  We are very excited to have our large wedding party of our closest friends and family standing with us.  This includes (by couples in no particular order) Ashley Kennedy and Chris Boyer, Carla Pile and Wes Peck, Amanda Weaver and Devin O'Rourke, Jenna Henderson and Curtis Finck, Lauren Glunk and Timmy Miller, Ann Marie Prosser and Brandon Peck, Jenn Mowrey and Randy Wolfe, Madi and Laney Heller and Heath Heller and Brielle Mowrey (flower girl) and Ryan Luther (ring bearer).

Our reception will be held at Haywoods on the Water in Williamsport, PA.  It's set along the Susquehanna River surrounded by the beautful fall landscape of the Appalachian Mountains.  For dinner a buffet will be served with California stuffed chicken breasts, prime rib, California veggies, Alfredo penne, red potatoes in a herb and garlic butter sauce and dinner rolls.  A salad will also be provided.

Our good friend DJ Joey Minnella will be rockin the tunes set to Classic rock, Country and the 80's... a few new tunes will also be in the mix.

This will be a great time to celebrate Ricky and I's forever with great family and friends.  We can't wait!

Ricky and I would like to say thank you to each and every one of you who are and will make our day special.  We are blessed to have such great family and friends.  There isn't much more a person could ask for!
